Diesel Mechanic Tuition Reimbursement Program Disqualifications:

  • The student/employee is required to provide their official transcript within 15 days of the completion of the semester. • This amount will be prorated by the total amount of the tuition divided by the months left in the employment commitment. Any remaining amount is required to be paid back to Decker. If applicable, this amount may be deducted from the employee’s final paycheck. Example: Tuition Reimbursement of $12,000.00 divided by the commitment time of 24 months = $500.00 per month.
