Decker has an immediate need for Diesel Mechanics at our Bessemer terminal! This weekend shift is Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 6am-6pm with an on-call rotation. Tuesday-Friday OFF! $3/hr shift differential after training!

$1000 Bonus for new experienced tractor/trailer Diesel Mechanic! $500 on first check, $500 after 90 days!

A day in the life of a Decker Diesel Mechanic looks like:

• Providing maintenance and repair on a private fleet of well-equipped, late model trucks and trailers with top of the line technology
• Processing work orders
• Accurately filling out necessary documents
• Opportunity for growth into shop leadership for the right person
• Other duties as assigned

Diesel Mechanic Must Haves

• Must have own tools; tool lease program available if needed
• Valid driver’s license required
• Post job offer physical and drug screen required

Diesel Mechanic Nice to Haves

• CDL preferred but not required
