We are looking for an experienced Lead Diesel Mechanic for our 2nd shift to join our growing Maintenance Department. 2nd shift is Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm. $2500 Bonus for experienced tractor/trailer Diesel Mechanic! $500 on first check, $500 after 90 days, $1500 after 6 months.

A day in the life of a Decker Lead Diesel Mechanic looks like:

  • Providing maintenance and repair on a private fleet of well-equipped, late model trucks and trailers with top of the line technology
  • Processing work orders
  • Accurately filling out necessary documents
  • Opportunity for growth into shop leadership for the right person
  • Other duties as assigned


Lead Diesel Mechanic Must Haves

  • Must have own tools; tool lease program available if needed
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Lead position requires prior supervisory experience
  • Post job offer physical and drug screen required


Lead Diesel Mechanic Nice to Haves

  • CDL preferred but not required
