Decker Truck Line, Inc. has an immediate need for a Trailer Mechanic / Technician with a Class A CDL at our Fort Dodge Headquarters! Competitive wages based on experience!

Class A CDL Trailer Mechanic / Technician Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing inspections, service, and repairs on Reefer/Van and Flatbed trailers
• The ability to diagnosing failures and making repairs on mechanical, electrical or other various trailer systems
• Class A CDL used to move Trucks and Trailers to vendors in a 100 mile radius as needed
• Great schedule of 1st shift Monday - Friday 7am–3:30 pm. Overtime and rotating Saturdays as needed!
• Competitive wages based on experience!
• Willing to train the right applicant with a Class A CDL and experience driving!
• Other duties as assigned.

Class A CDL Trailer Mechanic Qualifications

• Welding experience is a plus
• Must have own tools; tool lease program available for those who need it
• Valid CDL A driver’s license required
• Post job offer physical and drug screen required
