Decker Truck Line, Inc. has an excellent career opportunity available for an experienced professional with a proven background in driver training, motor carrier safety and compliance to join our Driver Training Department at our Fort Dodge Headquarters!

Responsibilities

• The delivery of a comprehensive driver training program with applicable federal-state-local regulations
• Regular hours of 7-5pm Mon-Fri but hours will vary according to class schedule
• Other duties as assigned

• The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in both reefer/van and flatbed driving with:
  • The expertise to instruct our drivers
  • A strong knowledge in Federal DOT requirements
  • Knowledge of eLogs and Qualcomm systems
  • Flatbed load securement experience is a plus
• Must be an effective communicator and be well organized with strong leadership skills
• Class A CDL license
• Post job offer DOT physical and drug screen required
