Decker Truck Line, Inc. is growing and has an immediate opportunity available for an experienced individual to join our team as Fleet Manager at our Bessemer, AL Terminal.

Fleet Manager Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will have a solid background in flatbed truckload operations including planning and coordinating loads for both company drivers and owner-operators; however, we’re willing to train the right candidate with a matching skill set.
• Previous directly-related experience is a plus and excellent communication and computer skills are required.
• Must work well with others and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Great full-time first shift schedule of Monday-Friday 7am-5pm and rotating Saturdays 8am-12pm!
• Other duties as assigned.

Fleet Manager Qualifications

• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced professional work environment
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• AA Degree required; Bachelor's preferred
• A background in MS Office is required
• Experience with McLeod Transportation software and Qualcomm E-log systems are a plus.
• Post job offer drug screen required
