Currently we are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant at our Missoula, MT terminal.

Customer Service Assistant Responsibilities

• Entering loads and other information into the computer, assisting the CSR and other duties as assigned.
• Must have excellent data entry skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as computer proficiency required.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Great working schedule of Monday-Friday 8-5pm and rotating Saturdays 8-12pm.

Customer Service Assistant Qualifications

• Previous directly-related experience is a plus
• A background in Transportation is a plus
• Excellent communication and computer skills are required
• Experience with McLeod software and Qualcomm E-log systems are a plus
• Post job offer drug screen required
