Decker Truck Line, Inc. has an immediate need for a Human Resources Assistant at our beautiful Corporate Headquarters in Fort Dodge! Great working schedule of Monday-Friday 8-5pm with an hour lunch!
 

Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities

  • Conducting new employee orientations
  • Assigning training
  • Maintaining applicant and employee information electronically
  • Scheduling and coordinating physicals and drug screens
  • Scanning and filing
  • Assisting our Licensing & Permits Coordinator with administrative duties
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Human Resources Assistant Qualifications

  • Must have excellent data entry skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous directly-related experience is a plus
  • A background in HR is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and computer skills are required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite
